Weston’s Big Wish provides LEGO® sets to children under 18 diagnosed with cancer who are currently receiving treatment, as well as minor siblings of children in cancer treatment. Requests must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Gifts are currently only available to families living within the United States.

Completing this form does not guarantee that a request will be fulfilled. Requests are reviewed according to program eligibility, available funding, and shipping capabilities.

Children with treatment lasting longer than 1 year are eligible for one LEGO care package every 12 months, pending funding availability.
