Weston’s Big Wish would love to surround children facing cancer with Christmas cheer from caring people across the country. Families selected for this limited program will be featured in a short, parent-approved profile inviting supporters to mail cards to Weston’s Big Wish. We will never publish the child’s mailing address. Our volunteers will receive, sort, and send the cards to the family in several packages during the holiday season. We hope to receive cards from many states, but we cannot promise a particular number of cards or cards from all 50 states.

Participation is free. Because this is a volunteer-run pilot, space is limited and submitting an application does not guarantee selection. If applications exceed capacity, priority may be given based on factors such as:

  • Children with a life-limiting or terminal prognosis, particularly when there is concern that this may be their last Christmas.

  • Children experiencing progression, relapse, or particularly intensive treatment during the holiday season.

  • Children who will spend significant time hospitalized or isolated from normal holiday activities because of cancer or its treatment.

  • Children experiencing other significant cancer-related circumstances that make additional encouragement particularly meaningful, based on information voluntarily provided by the family.

This form requests limited initial information to determine eligibility and aid in selection. If selected for the program, additional details will be requested via email.
